Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Photos of the package received
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only for verified cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Orders where the customer changes their mind after delivery
- Perishable food items
